Hi,
I'm trying to set up an audit, which I think i did well, only when I try to create a preventive/corrective action, the option is disabled.
I tried researching on what configuration is necessary for this, but i'm still struggling to find anything helpful. There was a thread with the exact same question here: https://www.google.pt/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CCsQFjAA&url=https%3A%2F..., only the user aparently figured it out by himself.

Ok, so actually the audit must have status released before actions can be created. My bad. Thank you
Has your audit been released? You cannot add corrective actions to an audit that is either "being created" or "in process".
