Error in Auto Provisioning the New A/C & UMR Change req in GRC CUP 5.3,SP12

Hi Gurus,

Previously our GRC system was connected to one System only(ECC Prod).Now we have connected BW PRD & SNP PRD System with GRC PRD.

Connector : OK , Other configurations : Done.

Now we are facing the issue for BW PRD - New A/C - User Parameter FBZ does not exist in BW PRD.

Functional guy said - User Defaults values not required for BW & SNP PRD system.Below find the Error Screen shot with Audit trail.

We removed from User Defaults System , and the New Error came for that UMR Change request - USER CREATE - null.Audit trail : Blank!

New A/C SNP PRD - Error : 401 : User XYZ does not exist in SAP System.User create - Company address cannot be selected.

Hi Surajit,

Looks like Company address is missing your BW systems, try to create the same company code whcih is selected in the above request and try to approve.

Hi Mani,

Thanks for your response.We have initiated to implement the SAP Note 1481743.

Post implementing the Note,we will try again and let you know the status of Issue.
