Can't create a new RFx

Dear Experts,

We're trying to create a new RFX but without success: After we choose the RFx type the system returns to the original screen without entering in the initial RFX screen.

The document security template was created for the document type that we used.

What must be done to solve this issue?

Have a look at the sourcing logs and they should indicate what went wrong. More than likley there is an incomplete setup in the system. I assume you have completed the enterprise and company workbook imports at this point?
