Hello Experts,
Can you any tell me the reason for not creating the provisioning logs for any access request type i.e user creation, User change, etc in GRC10.0?
SP levels are:
GRCFND_A V1000 SAPK-V1011INGRCFNDA
GRCPINW V1000_700 SAPK-10309INGRCPINW

suggest upgrade SP level. both should be on same level
GRC and PLugin on same level

Before suggesting any support packs I would like to know:
1) What system are you trying to get provisioning details from? GRC? ECC? BW? Legacy? etc
2) Has the actual provisioning taken place within the target system?

If you cannot find the provisioning logs under Access Request Administration -> Provisioning Logs, please apply the following SAP note:
1832988 -> UAM: No search result displayed in provisioning log
If this is not related to your issue, please, let me know.
