Hi Krishna,

After installing Java Web Start 1.4.2_13 if you are still facing problem them you can install Java Web Start 1.4.2_09 as mentioned by Jai in his earlier reply. Its working fine at our end. You can get it from here:

Once you install this JAVA Web Start go through the blog of Sabrish for trouble shooting if you face any problem.

If you need to work XI, Webstart 1.5 is not recommended. Choose version 1.4.2_11 or 1.4.2_09

Open your XI home page and you can down load it directly from there.

In Xi home page you will find an option called Client Installation Guide lines. Click on that. It will open a new window. In the next window, you will find an option to download Java Webstart.

HI,

You can install the Java webstart from XI home page ,

goto client installation guide , there is a link , to download the suitable java webstart and click on it , later you can install through online or you can down load iand install by double click on the installed zip.

After that , you would have to set the environmental variables for path and java home.

Hi,

Please uninstall JDK and Java webstart 1.5 , restart the system.

And set JAVA_HOME to jdk 1.4.2_13 , and also set class path to this directory.

Also install jdk 1.4.2_13 .
