SRMMDM catalog for contract data

Hi All,

We are trying to implement SRM MDM catalog solution for the contract data. The user requirement is to view data in the shopping cart based on the contract. We have currently loaded the data into the standard MDM tables. Contract data is stored in the Contract price Qualified lookup table and the

product ID and supplier information is maintained in the main table.

There is no option in the shopping cart to select records based on contracts. Current structure is as follows:

Main table                          Qualified lookup table

Supplier                                   Contract1(including price info)

                                               Contract2

Product ID                                       ...

Required structure:

Main table                          lookup table

Contract1                              product1(including price info)

                                             product2

                                                  ...

Is there a possibility to change the settings on the SRM to view data based on the contracts stored in the lookup table?

Should a new custom repository be setup to address this issue?

Dear Aditya,

Your requirement is feasible from MDM prespective however this is not supported by the SRM-MDM Catalog UI.

in order to achieve your needs you will need to have some Custom Development since the current catalog can't be configured to the option requested by you.

in general it is recomnded to write such questions in the SRM-MDM Catalog area in SCN:
