Hello All,

Kindly help on the scenario described below on how to calculate the 2 tax conditions:

Product A is taxed 16 percent of Tax A and 4 percent of Tax B.

Tax A is calculated directly on the Net price but Tax B is calculated on the Total after Tax A. I have been able to configure the  16 percent which is quite straight forward.

Need help on how to calculate Tax B? Any contribution will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

16 percent of Tax A and 4 percent of Tax B

Can you explain with an example of Business scenario, what is Tax A & B ??

Selling Price          100.00

Tax @ 16%             16.00

Total                     116.00

In the above table, do you want to levy further 4% of tax on 116.00 ??

Your pricing procedure should be

100::PR00:::::::::::::
110::ZTAX::::::::::::100
130::Subtotal:::::::::100:::110
140::ZTX1::::::::::::130

Parallelly, you need to maintain the tax condition records in FV11 accordingly

Thanks for all your input. Please what standard condition type can I use to replicate the Subtotal as illustrated in your sample procedure above?

HI,

You can just type Subtotal itself since it is just a label which can be used as identification

You do not need any condition type to represent subtotal.

Just give name subtotal/base/anything as per your understanding.

Hi,

Further simplifying & examplifying the given solution

                              From     To     Condition Record     Sample Amount

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

10     Net Price         0           0                                             100

20     Tax A             10           0            16%                            16

30     Subtotal         10          20                                            116

40     Tax B              30          0             4%                          4.64

I hope it helps.

Dear,

You can use " From and To " options in V/08 transaction to get it .

10 Pr00

20 TAX1    10    10

30 TAX2    10    20

Thanks,
