upgrade of solution manager system to 7.00 Ehp1

I would like to upgrade my solution manager system to 7.00 Ehp1.

Currently:

When I tried to select and the above , I also selected the SAPKITL428 which is required CRT to be included for SAP_BASIS    701

I’ve got “Installation queue could not be extended consistently “ because BI_CONT equivalence for SAPKITL428
, BI_CONT 704  is Non-permited release of Add-on BI_CONT installed.

Can someone please advice how to upgrade to Solution Manager 7.00 EHP1?

How did you calculate SP files ?

Using DSWP and MOPZ or service.sap.com/sp-stacks ?
