Blackberry push notification not working after MDS server domain changed

hi all,

We have changed the MDS server to new domain.

So I have configured the new MDS URL http://abcexample.com:8080/ in blackberry push configuration settings SCC for the Primary and Secondary SUP2.1.3 servers(Cluster environment), after that restarted the service of the Sybase Unwired Platform alone(not other related services) for the both servers.

Now the problem is, once the device goes offline it never come back to online. We have server side initiated HWC applications. When DCN triggers, device should able to come online with a push notification. but its not working now.

Before changing the MDS server domain, it was all working fine.

We dont get any clue. any one has faced this issue? or any idea? please share it.

Hi all,

i have fixed it, after the reconfiguration of MDS server, SUP started throwing Proxy authentication failure error message.

After setting the privileges and restarted the whole system, MDS and push notifications are working fine.
