LSMW for Site Master

Dear all,

Is there any standard SAP IDOC / BAPI to upload data to create Site Master via LSMW?

SAP does not provide an IDoc for conversion of Site Master.  Batch creation via LSMW and screen recording is not possible because WB01 – and, in particular, creation of Site Customer and Site Vendor – is not batch input enabled.

Hi Loo,

in addition to the correct statement of Paul, please see Note 1865903 - WR01_SAVESITEDATA
module for creating sites.

You could use this function module for mass creation of sites by a custom developed programm.

Hi All,

The solution we used for the mass site creation (based on our project's requirement) are as below for others references (although it's not a smart way or short cut) but hope it helps:-

1. Create LSMW and perform recording via t-code WB01. This will create the general site data and customer general data.

2. Create another LSMw using IDOC DEBMAS DEBMAS06 where this will extend the created site to :-

A) customer company data

B) customer sales area

C) supplying sites

D) merchandise category

For loading :-

1. At config client, Execute the first LSMW via foreground as there is limitation of the GUI not supported via background

2. At config client, Execute the 2nd LSMW with IDOC

3. Uses t-code BD12 to export customer data to other client
