Hi, I'm trying to generate a report trough ESR (Enterprise Support Report) but I'm receiving this error.
500 Connection timed out

Any tips to solve this? Im having difficult to find ESR guides/support

could you please also make sure you have met all the basic pre requesties and applied all the notes, assigned needed authoirsations as per the sap note Note 1391968 - Enterprise Support Report / PSLE Report - BI SelfService.

Hi,
As its an icm timeout for 5 mins you can try and increase the timeout.
icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000,TIMEOUT=30,PROCTIMEOUT=300
But better fix would be to identify which process is taking time and fix it..Try to run a trace and see where the report is taking time and see it you can umprove those table stats or index to get better response time or run smaller chunk of report with shorter time frame.
What i can think of is that the data requested in the report cant be fetched and calculated in 5 min. We should not increase this parameter if its any other system as it might cause other issues But as it solman we can increase it as not many people use it.
