Fellow Members,

In ithe ITSM BW Reporting (SP07) I am getting these warning when I launch reporting. Same error was discussed in this thread too (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3237092) but I am not certain if the error was resolved for .  Any inputs are appreciated.

I tried to change the filter ,but no useful result !

HI,

Please check this note as we have below code correction in this note.

wa_masterdata-field1 = '0SPRTTYPE'.

    SELECT * FROM crmc_proc_type_t INTO TABLE lt_ttype WHERE langu = wa_languages-sprsl.

I just implemented this note. Once the next data extraction happens, I will let you know if it fixes the error.

Hi Vivek

In the ITSM wizard of solman_setup ...have you performed the z* selection for the transaction types

2.4 -  Restrict Transaction Types for BI where your z* should also be present

kindly choose this re-run ccms_bi_setup again

check the log if it is successful.

I had to run BI related steps in Basic Configuration in solman_setup to get rid of this error. Mainly the steps of Configure Automatically ones.

bi activation has been done by basis team,, however pls can you tell me details on how to get data in itsm bw reporting for RFC ....at the moment I m having same issue as yours and report does not shows any data...

also if you can confirm which job to be set up for RFC reporting, is the data load process different here than other bw ?.
