Error in SRM System "Process enserver.exe EnqueueServer not Running"

Hi Experts,

We are upgrade the Support Pack(07 -08) in SRM system through SUM Tool, in the Execution(5.6) Phase, we are getting the below error.

i already upgrade the Kernel( Latest 401) in System kernel, DVEBMGSXX and SUM Tool kernel folder. But still error is not resolved.

Hello,

Can you please add in you default profile parameter the line:

service/protectedwebmethods = NONE

Restart the services and SAP and test?
