Hello friends!
I faced with some simple problem. When try to change table SDOKPHCL for content server config. i need use DE language (system mesage for original lang.). When i choose "Use orig.lang" I got the message:
"Configuration for NLS language is not German!"
Changing profile parameters did not help me:
zcsa/installed_languages DR
zcsa/system_language R
When try logon in DE, system message:
"Cant config language environment for lang DE"
Please, help me, how can i change system lang on DE?
Hi,
Can you please run the program RSCPINST.
Click on current NLS configuration and past the output.
Why are you using R if you want DE.
zcsa/installed_languages just set this parameter.
for parameter zcsa/system_language
Default logon language
This parameter defines the default logon language for an application server. The logon screen appears in the language defined by this parameter. The default logon language should be set in zcsa/installed_languages
Are you willing to user Russian language.
Do you see Russian in SMLT installed?
Thanks

Hello,
Changing profile param zcsa/system_language=DR did not solved the problem. When try to logon i get system message:
Language environment cannot be configured for language D
When start report RSCPINST(NLS configuration) i try to add DE and activate, i get system message:
"The required language combination is supported
only in Unicode systems.
Please refer to SAP Note 73606. "
I have to use DE for changing record in the table SDOKPHCL for content server config.
Russian lang installed.
Hi Albert,
Open the SAP instance profile using transaction code RZ10
Look out for parameter zcsa/system_language. Change the value of this parameter as shown below
zcsa/system_language=DR
Take SAP instance restart.
Post this check the results
Hope this helps.
