Hi gurus,
can u tell me <b>wat all data can be fetched from cprojects...?</b>
like from cfolders, we can generate a report as to how many documents are uploaded in particular time period...

Hi Niranjan,
The master data of cProject are stored in the DPR* table and CGPL* tables.
The status information are stored in CRM_J* table.

as Reema described, the 'evaluation' is the right way to get some relevant infomation. Especially the evaluation for the dashboard (partially stored in DPR_DASHBORAD) should give the user a summerized information,

i want to give some relevant data to top management.
and im not sure which data i should give so that it ll be usefull at top level.
so which data i can get from cproject and it should be at user level.
eg: in cfolder we can generate report of total no of documents uploaded.
like this wat reports can be generated?

Hi Niranjan,
Hope u have had a look at the standard reports that are generated in cProjects.
You will find these under the "Evaluations" tab page.
If these donot meet your requirements, you may have to generate reports.
All cProject Data can be read from the tables mentioned by Zhenbo.
Apart from these there are various standard BAPIs that can be used to read data:
Eg. BAPI_BUS2175_GET_DETAIL -> To Read all details of a task.
