Of these, it appears to me that Wilian spends quite a bit of time here. None of these folks appear to have posted public email addresses.
If you just want to get their attention, you could create a discussion question that mentions their ids (just copy the above URLs somewhere into the question text), and they will automatically receive a copy of it. Alternatively, if you want a bit more privacy, you could follow one or more of them, and then send them a direct message.
Bear in mind that for many moderators, these SCN forums are a second or third job. Don't expect instant responses.....
