CPA cache refresh issue after upgrade to path level 58.

Hi All,

Due to recommendations, we have upgraded our SAP PI 7.3 SP 05 dula stack server to patch level 58.

Nowadays we are facing a strnage issue of CPA cache refresh, when we are testing any scenarios in PI sometimes there are cache or java related errors occuring and after full CPA cache refresh the issues are getting resloved. I can understand that we need the cache refresh sometimes but in our case the we need to do these refresh almost in 2 days to reslove the issues.

Can any body tell me the reasons for this situation and also what will be the possible solution?

Hello Rahul,

Did you upgrade only one PI SP05 component? Or did you upgrade all the PI SP05 components? If only one PI SP05 component was upgraded, then there may be some missing dependencies between the PI Software Components. See note 1335523 FAQ: Deployment PI Patches in Release 7.1 and higher, for more details. The recommendation is to upgrade all the components to the latest Patch Level (PL).
