BPMon monitor for Purchase order header status

Hi All,

There is a requirement where I need to set up a BPMon monitor over Purchase order created with a certain header status eg status "98". I tried to find a monitor in the PPT that details the list on monitors. Could not find it. Can this be done.

If you want to monitor purchase order that is created with certain status,

you can probably use standard monitor purchase order key figure 01

"Purchase Order items created". in this key figure, you have a filter opetion for certain status.

Or another idea is using table entry counter that belongs to croos application area.

With this monitor you can define your own key figure like SE16.

So choose table EKKO-STATUS.

When you select "Purchase Order Created" I get the following options

How can I configure the status there?? Thanks for the table entry counter option. In my case it wont work though. Thanks anyways for your inputs.

For the key figure "Purchase Order created", status field is not avaailble. If you use 1st key figure

"purchase order item created" status field is avaialble.

Monitoring for item level is not applicable in your case ?

Hi Keji,

I am Solman 7.1 sp7. ST -A/PI 01P on Solman and on ECC.

Attached is the screen shot of the key figures that are available to me. I cannot see the status key figure. Can you please clarify.

Sorry for the late replay.

To use the status field, you need to update your ST-A/PI in ERP system.

newer ST-A/PI  has more key figure and sometime for some existing key figure, additional

field becomes avaialble.

My environment has newer ST-A/PI (ST-A/PI Q SP1 this is latest ST-A/PI).

So I can see the status field.

To utilize the field, please update ST-A/PI in managed system, and then after the update,

please load latest repository definition by using load monitor in BPMon setup.

Then you should be able to see the field as attached picture.

Run from solman tcode solman_workcenter click on Solution manager conf. and choose Business Prcoes change analyzer, also read below posts.
