Remote Key not getting generated, workflow stucks in syndicate step

Hi Experts

I have un-archived an existing repository in a new name.

All Validations, assignments are working fine.

But, Remote Key is not getting generated. (In existing repository it is working fine)

Record is stuck in the workflow (at syndicate point). - screen shot attached

I have checked, Port, Remote systems , not able find any issues there.

Please advice.

Hi Prashant,

Please open the syndication map and update the Remote Key Override with correct value.

Once done number generation will start.

Please feel free to get back in case any further clarification is required.

Thanks for the update.

The issue is resolved.

There was login issue with syndication server while using the workflow from Data manager.

Hi Prashant,

Please review all import maps to ensure if remote key field is properly mapped with MDIS setting set to Add. Also see if required tables have remote key option enabled. Try to update repository and perform repair/check.
