Can't logon to the Netweaver Portal

Hello,

we have installed the Netweaver Portal (SR1) All is completed successfully, no Errormessages appeared.

Now we want to logon to the Portal for the first time. The logon screen is shown, but when we try to logon nothing happens.

Who can help?

Are you using the fully qualified domain name to log in? http://www.myportal.com:50000/irj

Hello Eric,

yes, i'm using the fully qualified servername, but without "www". The server is only in the intranet.

Are you using the Administrator account that you created when you installed the WAS server to try and log in or are you using another account?

yes, i used this account.

But now i habe deinstalled all, and another time i will try to install again.

HI, I have the same problem, did you solve it?.... I can´t logon to SAP Portal even with the Administrator user, Nothing happen it shows the same page as a refresh
