Restriction in RRP7 for Planned order to Prodn Order Conversion

Hi,

I am not able to use mass conversion of planned orders to production orders for more than 100 planned orders at a time.

If the planned orders are more than 100, the conversion indicator doesn't get set to any order. Because of this I have to always make sure that I load only 100 planned orders in one go.

Please help me know the configue setting which restricts the maximum number for order conversion.

Hi Suresh,

Have you used the BADi /SAPAPO/RRP_ORD_CONV method RRP_CHECK_ORD_CONV Order Covertibility Check? Here you can define customer specific check it can be work with conversion rule set in product master or  Global Parameters and Defaults setting conversion rule is defined in Execute tab. Please check the same.

There is no restriction in conversion like max limit 100

You can try scheduling a background job for the report RRP7 to convert the planned orders to production orders.
