Business Events for Workflow

Hello Experts

In SPRO-->IMG-->Governance, Risk and Compliance-->General Settings-->Workflow-->Maintain Custom Agent Determination Rules, when I try to assign agent to a business event I am getting only 55 business events in the possible entries list, whereas as per SAP documents there are many other delivered business events which are not being displayed in my possible entry list.

Can anybody explain the procedure for getting other business events into the Custom Agent Determination Rules?

Have you activated all the the BC sets

GRPC-AGENT-GLOBAL-UPG

GRPC-AGENTSLOTC-FDA

GRPC-AGENTSLOTC-GLOBAL

GRPC-AGENTSLOTC-SOX

GRRM-AGENTSLOT-CONFIG

I checked in Tcode SCPR20, all these BC sets have been activated. Could there be any other reasons?

You can create more entries by clicking on "New Entries" button.
