SAP Printing Problem when logon with EN langauge

Dear  Experts,

We are facing print issue in SAP. When logon with TH language and give Frontend printing, the form is printing correctly in Thai language. But when logon with EN language , the print output is in unreadable characters. If we are printing through remote printers, it is working fine. The issue is coming up only while using Frontend printer. Please help to solve this issue.

Hi Phani,

Try to look at this document Print Architecture and Printing Methods - SAP Printing Guide (BC-CCM-PRN) - SAP Library. There are mentioned various kinds of printing.  You can also refer to SAP Printing Guide (BC-CCM-PRN).

Since this issue is not related to SAP Enhancement Packages, I will move this message to a more proper SCN space.

Hello,

You can try device type SWINCF if your system is unicode system. See SAP note 812821.
Also access method G should be used (not F).
