IDoc for output (billing) created but can't be found in WE02

Hi,

We have a Interco STO. The output is created for the billing and the output log says 'IDoc '0000000111222333' added'.

I can't find this IDoc in transaction WE02/WE05.

Any idea?

Hi,

If the idoc generation is successful, it should be ther in WE02/WE05.

Please ensure you are giving the correct values for Created At, Created On and Driection(1 For Outbound) in WE02 Selection Scree.

Also please check if generated IDOC is available in WE19 for reprocessing.

Found it. A colleague deleted the IDoc by using tcode WE11

Hello Exberliner

Go to VF03, enter the Billing document and press enter, once u will in the invioce document.....

press the push button of the services for the object (  above document flow push button on application bar)

Once click on the services for object botton small pop-up will open then click on the button display relationship

( before work flow and after send object note button )

then idoc idoc number will display double click on that.  Try to match in put of we02/we05 with Idoc display.

If display relationship button is gray mode, idoc is not yet trigger....

Hi Exberliner,

If you are not able to view the ido via we02 or we05.

Go to SE16n transaction , put idoc tables(EDIDC,EDID4,ZEDID,EDIDS) and check the idoc status and data.

If the idoc is created it will show you the segments.

Here I believe that you doing some mistake while puting the idoc no. in we02 or we05.

Please remove the date and time field while puting the idoc no.
