Hi,
We are using ID based centralized emergency access in our GRC system (GRC 10, Patch 10) which is connected to R3 in backend, In our company there are less number of resources in FI department, so our fire fighter controller and FF owner is same guy for FI FF ID, however sometimes he himself need FF ID access, but after all configuration, I am unable to assign him FF ID, its saying that I cannot assign FF ID to FF controller/owner.
In this scenario is there any way to assign FF ID to our FI FF controller / Owner.
Or else how to handle this type of scenario in GRC 10 Centralized EAM.
Thanks
Atif

Hello,
You cannot assign FF ID to person who himself is owner/Cotrolleer of the FFID.
In these scenario you create seperate FFID and use diffrent controller and owner .
reason is..
person who monitors activity and aprroves log cannot be the user.
like if he is owner controller and user and there would not be any control at all.

HI Atif,
Are you assigning the same FFID to the conroller for which He/She is the owner/controller ? If this is
the scenario then this is not possible. This is as per the design. You cannot assign the FFID to a controller.
Thanks & Regards
