GRC PC CLM Issue Resolving Checklist

Dear All,

one of the SAP CLM documents refers to a file called: CLM Issue Resolving Checklist

However, this is not accessible.

Does anybody know where I can obtain this document from or even if it exists?

the link you sent points to the same internal URL so still doesn't work for me.

The document which refers to the URL is a public document called:

GRC Risk Management 10.0 and Process Control 10.0 Starter Kits.

The author is Satyen Paneri.

Basically this document is an internal step by step over how to fix issues in the CLM.

As Silky asked you, please, post here the issue you have there in order for us to be able to further directly point you a solution.

Hi Claud,

The starter kit guide I mentioned is a public document and it instructs me to refer to the CLM Issue Resolving Checklist in the URL which is an internal SAP URL.

Based on the above discussion, it is clear that the Starter Kit document either referenced an internal document while addressing an external audience. A mistake, but no big deal.

If you are able to share the contents of that document, that would be nice, if not, no problem.

I think the URL will work for you as you have access to the internal SAP network.

I don't think the domain: https://wiki.wdf.sap.corp is accessible by non-SAP people.

I checked the document and its internal SAP documnet whose details I cannnot share direclty.

Can you share the document from where you got the link so we can cross check there and according to the requirement copy/paste the details there after cross checking.
