issue in BEx Web Application Designer (WAD) in that I cannot edit, add new web item, or change anything

Dear All,

  I had a weird issue in BEx Web Application Designer (WAD) in E07 that I cannot edit, add new web item, or change anything anymore. This is happening for both existing Web Template that I created and the new one that I tried to create. I am still able to save the web template or to copy it and save it with the new name.

I did not have this issue before, about more than a week ago I was still able to edit the web template. I tried the same with another’ PC and it has the same issue.

I am not sure whether this is simply caused by BEx, Basis, or perhaps Authorization. However this is hampering my development.

Hi,

In the screen shot i cant see the IE version. But if IE9 then please check the below note.

Note 1668918 - WAD: WAD layout is not editable with Internet Explorer 9

Thank you Rishi,

I ssue resolved after rollback the old vertion and restarted my PC it's working again.
