Dear Expert:
As ADS config guide I can't get the right ADS config wizard:
We install ADS in our NW portal 7.31.
After initial install NW portal 7.31 with SPS1.0 I can launch ADS configuration automatically in Portal 7.31 Java Functional Unit Configuration by URL:
http://hustname.mydomain.com:javaport/sld/fun/index.jsp or by http://hustname.mydomain.com:javaport/nwa configuration-business scenario-config wizard-SAP NW Function unit - Adobe Document Service
and get the ADS config wizard to register it in SLD and auto config.
Figure0.
Figure1.
Before I have done it successfully in portal dev system.
Last week I have updated Portal Dev/Qas/Prd to NW 7.31 java SPS06.
Now I want to activate ADS in portal Qas system NW 7.31 SPS06 with URL:
http://hustname.mydomain.com:javaport/sld/fun/index.jsp the page guide me to the SLD initial config said SLD not setup,
Figure 2.
by the way I have registered the Portal as an SLD client to remote central SLD Server PI SLD. Not not setup up local SLD.
Can't launch ADS config wizard to register ADS in SLD by:
http://hustname.mydomain.com:javaport/nwa
configuration-business scenario-config wizard-SAP NW Function unit - Adobe Document Service either,
If I search in the config task of Abode: only searched an config about Adobe Document Service task of:
Configure Adobe Document Service as a hub:

Installed NW Portal Java 731 Component version:

0.Can reach the ADS config wizard in NW 7.31 java SPS00
1.Update NW 7.31 java from SPS0.0 to SPS06
Question:
1.Does ADS config wizard in Figure1 changed to Configure of the ADS as a hub of Figure3.
2.How can I lauchn the Figure 0 in SPS06 in my case
3.Configure of the ADS as a hub of Figure3 replaced Figure0
B.R,
Mike.
Hi Chen,
Please find my responses below. hope this help you.
Question:
1.Does ADS config wizard in Figure1 changed to Configure of the ADS as a hub of Figure3.
- No. In 731 SP06 system I am able to locate 'Adobe Document Services' wizard under Functional Units. In Figure -3, click on hyperlink 'Functional unit Configuration UI'. You should get the ADS config wizard.
2.How can I launch the Figure 0 in SPS06 in my case
- Answered above.
3.Configure of the ADS as a hub of Figure3 replaced Figure0
- No. Now SAP has moved the configuration wizards to 'Functional Unit....' as the new releases of PI will give you functionality of AEX+BPM+PO and based on the usage of system you just need to select corresponding functional unit wizard. whole configuration and dependent wizards also will be automatically taken care by functional unit.
In case you get any error while launching Functional unit configuration wizard, you would have resolve that first as it must work in this version of PI.
Cheers !!!

Hi Ashish:
Thanks for your help.
Now I have found the reason it is for notes lower then LM-CTC SPS0702:
1870195 | Functional Unit Configuration UI does not open |
in:
Please check that you are not below Patch 02 for LM Configuration Wizard 7.31 SP07.
I use the workable solution by URL:
Before the java function unit config wizard only have wrong URL:
