No material documents exist for confirmation xxxxx / x

Hi All,

I have an issue, where back posting confirmation has done for previous month in production order.

We are use backflush for confirmation production order.

If we see at CO14 and choose one confirmation counter then click details, administration tab and click material doc'.

Then warning message show :

No material documents exist for confirmation xxxxx /  x

Message no. GOODSMOVEMENT020

After check, we just find that field posting date(BUDAT) at table AFRU and MKPF is different.

Posting date AFRU is same with confirmation posting date at personnel/additional data tab.

Posting date MKPF, we don't know from where??? date is same with document date/creation date.

At OPK4 we tick the error handling termination for incorrect goods movements, so there is no COGI.

Material document numbering is OK.

Please guide what is the problem and how to resolve it.

Hi,,

It shows that you have not maintained the order type dependent parameter and confirmation parameter

do it as follows.

1. Go to T-code OPL8 - choose plant and order type and go to implementation tab  check all checkbox for documents of goods movement.

2. Go to t-code OPK4 - choose plant and order type go to general valid settings  check goods movement all components in tab general individual entry tick check box goods movement and in operation indiv. entry using initial screen check all the check box.

now check your order .

We have maintained OPL8 and OPK4, just like you mentioned it.
