SNC Alert profile set-up issues

We are currently using SNC Version 7 and have had issues with setting up Alert Profiles for mutiple suppliers and locations.  When receiving e-mail notifications the alert is showing for location which is not assigned in the alert profile.  We have 50+ users managing multiple suppliers and locations.  This issue is causing users to recieve incorrect alert notification.  Could this be a set-up issue?  Help!!!

Hi Mark,

No its not a setup issue, in Standard Alert Monitor screen , You have only Supplier and Customer as input fields along with Alert type , Alert category and Agess.  I don't see location as standard.  Did you do any core mod to create Location in Alert Monitor ?  which alert type in specific you are working with and have issues,

In general, Alert are Partner specific and is visible for all user assigned to the partner.

if you have 1 customer BP per location( Supplier and Customer), then you can narrow your selection but you will still see all Alerts for that Partner.

An enhancement to avoid unwanted alert are unavoidable.
