difference between System Specify xml for slm and cross system specific xml for slm

I am in the process of generating stack.xml file.
I have generated the transaction no.
I have executed the program tmwflow and entered the transaction no in the required area

Please advice the difference between System Specify xml for slm and corss system specific xml for slm

Which file i have to use during my upgrade

Hello,

If you selected more than one managed system in step "Plan Maintenance", the generated stack delta files will be named as CROSSSYS (cross systems).

System specific file is for a particular system.
