The following figure gives an example of the role of a pricing procedure within

Using standard system no, but you can split the conditions into different shipping cost item categories according to their G/L account.

Then you assign each item category to the relevant G/L account in OBYC.

With customizing tools it isn't possible, but please, see SAP Note 700512 - Information: Allocation of shipment costs to delivery items. There is an enhancement but I have doubts if your requirement will be possible (splitting one item in different items, and how you access to values in KONP, perhaps with VOFM and commands EXPORT / IMPORT if the enhancement is triggered after the pricing procedure has ended).

It's an idea.
