Un able to start JSPM

Hi All

   while starting JSPM tool it showing attched error.please can any one help me to fix this issue.

Hi Suresh ,

May be simple , but please check couple of points .  JSPM should start with <sid>adm authorization . as you are using windows with which user did you logged in ( should be <sid>adm ? Also do not open JSPM from cmd prompt , directly go JSPM folder and souble click on go.bat .

As per SAP note  1589311

March 2013: The Java Support Package Manager (JSPM) is replaced by  the

Software Update Manager (SUM) for SAP NetWeaver 7.1 and higher

Hi Premsukh

    I Have downloaded latest SUM tool from  maket place. where we have copy sum tool and how start sum tool. prasent i kept sum tool on desktop and directly went to the folder but iam un able start the sum tool....... ( path for sum tool.......users/Administrator/Desktop/SUM/Startup.bat

please help me to fix this issue
