Hi,

Issue with language as per Note 1341981 - Add. info. on upgrading to SAP SCM 7.0 including EHP1 ABAP

Import of Asian Languages: Change System Language

If you are importing Asian languages during the upgrade, you may get an error message during phase STARTSAP_TRANS or XPRAS_UPG (program

RADBTLOG). In order to prevent this problem, change your system language to "English" before the upgrade: Set instance parameter

zcsa/system_language = E

and restart the SAP system.

Thanks
