"Lock Table overflow in IDX5"

Hi Experts,

I am getting error "Lock Table overflow in IDX5".can any body please give exact reason i am currently getting this issue on production environment.

Actually my scenario is

outbound idoc type is ORDRSP

SOURCE SYSTEM IS ECC

RECEIVER SYSTEM IS SNC(ECC)

They have triggered the idoc from sender system and it was not reached to reciver system ,when i am cheked it in sxmb_moni it showing error like

"Message has error status on outbound side ".

Going thru blogs i find the solution like chek that issue on idx5 i just checked that on idx5 it is showing that in status text like :Lock table overflow "

can u pleas give the solution for this it is very urgent for me.

I am getting this issue on idx5 not in sm 58.

Hi Madhu,

Can you try these and let us know result

increase the size of the lock table via parameter enque/table_size  (or)

increase the enque work processes from 1 to 2 or 3 via parameter rdisp/wp_no_enq

Please have a look on SAP Note: 928044 for more info on this
