Hi Abubakar,
please have a look at the log files for more information as to why SAP does not want to start.
usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS02/work and this will give you more information.
maybe start by upgrading the kernel and trying to start it manually and then click retry

Hi Abubakar,
please go through below path for error analysis
1) usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\work in work dir check dev_w0 and dev_w0old files
2) Go to Operating system event viewer if Win OS
3) C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\ERP\LM\COPY\DB\EXP\CENTRAL\AS-ABAP\EXP find txt file sapinst.log
4) C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir open file lastInstallationLocation

In the error message, it directs you to directory c:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\NW702\AS-ABAP\ADA|Central. Go there and sort the files by date. Check the newest few files and see if that helps. Feel free to attach some of those files here for us to review.
