Error when sending output by email - Error during reading T001G (Return code 4) Message no VN203

Hi all,

I setup the system to send the delivery note by email (transmission medium 5). The problem is that the output is not being sent...

When I go to VL71 and check the log, I am receiving the following error message:

Error during reading T001G (Return code :4 ) Message no. VN203.

I checked in the forum and I found out that, to create an entry in the table, I should use the t.code OBB1, but I tried to create and entry with my company code and the system is not allowing me.

Does anyone know why this error is coming and how to fix this?

Hi

please try the steps :

1. Transaction SE16

2. Enter V_T001G_RP as Table Name and press F7

3. Go in Change Mode (Ctrl+F4)

4. Press the "New entries" button

5. Create the new entry for Program RVADDN01 and your company code.

I can only guess that the print program requires a standard text to be maintained in this table (e.g. to format the address). Nothing to do with sending by email most likely.

The message is rather generic and not identified by 'where used', but it shouldn't be difficult to set a watchpoint for the message number and debug where exactly it occurs.
