Proforma Invoice for order (Partial order Quantity)

Dear ALL,

I have requirement where i need to create proforma invoice for order, but for partial quantity, can any1 guide me how to go about it

Hi,

Choose your billing doc type as F5 - Proforma for order in VF01 Tcode and as Lakshmipathi said click on selection list to change the quantity, hit enter and save the document. Your proforma invoice is ready for partial quantity.

Dear Arpita ,

there are 2 types of proforma invoices: delivery related proforma and sales order related proforma

you can alter the the quantities in the delivery as a partial delivery and then create the proforma invoice

In VF01, click on "Selection list" before hitting Enter key and change the quantity
