Automating STMS configuration after system refresh

Dear Gurus

We are trying to automate the process of system copy of our ABAP system.

We have scripts to copy the DB and do most of the needed work. Still don't know how to configure the transport managment system.

What needs to be done is:

SE06 -> Perform Post Installation Actions.

STMS -> add system to domain and activate.

Does anybody have a clue how this might be done automatically?

We have automate all steps except SE06, STMS and SECSTORE.

The same here. We do SE06, STMS, secstore manually too. Took some time to explain (more than once) to some of my colleguages why these tasks wont be automated.

GUI scripting might be too complicated,

we might just do these things manully

Most probably this can be achieved through SAP GUI Scripting.
