SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC on saving ZMCR

Hi,

We have created a new transaction type ZMCR.

But on saving it gives me the below dump:

• The following error occurred in system BTX : The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records. records in the data base.
• The error occurred on application server az18u156_BTX_07 and in work process 17 .
• The termination type was: RABAX_STATE
• The ABAP call stack was:
  Function: CRM_CUSTOMER_H_UPDATE_DU of program SAPLCRM_CUSTOMER_H_DU
  Form: CRM_CUSTOMER_H_UPDATE_DU of program SAPLCRM_CUSTOMER_H_DU
  Form: %_UPDATES_NO_UTASK of program SAPMSSY4
  Form: LOCAL_UPDATE_TASK of program SAPMSSY4
  START-OF-SELECTION of program SAPMSSY4

Please  tell me how to fix this.
