Derive Role Name issue.

Hi all

I am trying to create 1 Derive Role.I have define the following naming convention for Derived Role

ZE:Free text (18)_free text (4)_Free Text (3)

But When I try to define my Derive role name as ZE:COMPANYCODE_1101_DSP It gives me an error "Invalid Role Name.Check the Role name"

& When I try to fill all the 18 free character for example ZE:SALESORGANIZATIONS_1101_DSP It gives me an ABAP Dump as "

• Internal error: Unexpected status in the ABAP runtime environment."

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Can you check plug-in system ST22 to see if any short dumps? Also, look at SLG1 in GRC component to see if there are any other log information

I supsect the naming convention isn't the issue for the second role you attempted. The first role would have failed as it was enforced

Did you get this error when you attempted to submit/process the derived role (i.e. when the role was to be created in the plug-in?). That helps identify if issue is on GRC or plug-in side. Also, what SP are you on now?
