Existing Sales order on product allocation

Hi,

We are implementing SAP ECC 6.0.

We have activated product allocation and the functionality is working fine. One concern that the users have raised now is removing the product allocation check from existing sales orders once we have sufficient stock and we no longer want to do product allocation

Steps with example:

1) Activated product allocation

2) create sales order - order check and only the maximum allowed qty in the product allocation is confirmed against the sales order

3) The customer wants to remove the product from product allocation check hence removes the determination procedure from the material master

4) New sales orders a re not passed through for product allocation check as expected

5) Sales orders created in step 2 are still following the product allocation check (even after deleting in the determination procedure) from the material master

we have tried to execute a fresh availability check for the sales order but with no joy - the product allocation check is still carried out.

Is there any way of deleting the product allocation check from the sales order please?

Dear,

Please check your schedule line category in VOV6,here you need to uncheck the field " product allocation " and try to create new sales order and see result.
