no suggestion avo-generation for order type ZP05 (material-XXXX)

Hi,

I have no idea what is this error and why it is coming.

Can any one help me in this please?

while user trying to create production order from planned order, he is getting this error.

MD04 view .

Error:

from the google translate I could get the information is

No suggestion AVO-Generation for order type zp05 ( material 1022192).

Unfortunately I dont have any more information than this.

What is this error and how to resolve.

Hello all,

Thanks for all the inputs. I have resolved this issue on my own.

How I did :

In the material master additional data in the UOM tab, I checked which  was showing 

100 Liters = 50 Kg.

In the sales order the total wt of the materila was 225 KG

that means it should be = 450 ltrs.

In CA03  when I checked by giving material no:, plant and press enter

one can see the screen like this.

out of these all the no: 5group which is falling between 300 to 750 liters, meanns this can accomadate that, and upon opening that by double clicking I found it was empty unlike other groups.

which was something like this.

So by maintaining the operation and work center for this group I could rectify the error.

Dear,

Whatever you shared screen shot Error is coming from some Enhancement in your Company that's why it is showing Z Message.If you are unable to find out reason of this Problem then take ABAPer help and just debug it and find out from where this Problem is coming.

Dear Venkat Reddy,

As we can see the screenshots it shows that it is a repetative manufacturing.

In repetative manufacturing Planned order does not need to convert to Production order.

Please check in material master in MRP4 whether REM indicator is there or not.

Please go through below details for your reference.

Repetative manufacturing is period based planning and not based on orders. Normally same products will be manufactured over longer period of time.Products will not change frequently. Confirmation is from backflushing and settlement is through from product cost collector for the period. Confirmation will be without reference to planned orders. Planned orders are sufficient to carry out shop floor activity.

Any further information required let me know.
