Hi Experts,
Please sse the another snapshot from NW administration screen. I am not able to open config wizard and other tabs as well. Am i missing with any functionality that need to be enable or any package which is not installed properly. I need to fix it up as ealy as i can.

Just to add a pointer, you can try checking the roles of the user you are logging in with, to open the log viewer.
Because when I login with my userid (in SAP 12.2 NW 7.31) it gives me the error as shown below and does not give any authorization related error.
But, at the same time when I login with a Super Admin user, I can see all the logs.

Hi Anuj,
I guess in your issue you were able to make connection. But in my MII - Log viewer screen, it is throwing error : Connection Refused / No connection kind of error message.
It is only showing me Standalone view and not any other view as well.
After making a connection for standalone as well , it is saying "No log files to display" :
