Error after install SAP BI Mobile on separated server

Hi experts.

We've installed SAP BI Platform 4.0 SP07 (along with Tomcat) on Window Server 2008 R2, without SAP BI Mobile.
CMS name = biserver

On a separate Windows server box we've installed SAP BI Mobile server (mobileserver)  along with Tomcat, following the next steps:
1. Launch the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform installer (setup.exe) for windows.
2. Select the Custom / Expand installation option.
3. Select Mobile Services feature and Tomcat, and deselect other features.
4. In "CSM existent" field we have entered the cms-name of SAP bi platform (biserver), its admin user and password

Once the installation was complete, on ipad we have set up  the connection:
URL: http//:mobileserver:8080
CMS: biserver:6400
User: Admin_user_biserver

But we have the error: "General server failure".

Servers are in the same network, firewall is off in both servers, in the iPad we are able to go to http://biserver:8080/BOE/CMC  and http://mobileserver:8080

Are there any steps that we are missing?.

We really appreciate any help.

Hi Joncy,

We needed to install the "CMC plugin for mobile" in the SAP Business Objects Enterprise platform. We've changed the installation and now we are able to establish succesful connection.
