Can you please paste the log std_server0.out here for us to check further

Have you changed anything in config tool before restarting the application. Can you please provide more details when the issue started.

Hi,

This error code can come due to multiple reasons.

So first is better to check the default trace and see the reason and then check the issues.

Can you also highlight was there any change.

Any JVM change or UME change or ume user role chnages.

If you have multiple application running on that host? Try to stop the application clean all the processes and start back again.
