Unable to create support message in Sol Man 7.1

Hello,

I am trying to create support message through Test Workbench but i am unable to do so.

When i click on create message no response is recieved.

I checked STWB_SET for Transaction type for TWB Service Desk Messages and for

Test Workbench Application error , Business transaction type is SMOR system doesnt allow me to change it to SMIN.

Please guide.

hi.

in SPRO -> search "Restrict Business Transaction Types" under test management, remove SMIN from the list.

Now this allows to integration.

Please try.

Thanks Jansi for replying, when you say remove SMIN from list do you mean remove SMIN for applicatoin Test Workbench application error ? what should be the transaction type for this then ?

Hello Jansi,

In the Solution Manager system there is SMOR for applicatoin "Test Workbench application error" and SMDT for applicatoin "Test Workbench Test case error"
