Unable to save tickets in service desk in the SolMan 7.1

Hi Team,

We are unable to create a tickets in Server desk,     I mean we have had able to create a ticket but while saving  the ticket error with "Error in Local    Message system NO  authorization to log on as a Trusted Systems(L-Message was not created)"

Note : SolMan version -7,1

Please suggest

Hi Sankar,

Have you setup the entire service desk as per below guide and created master data etc

Are you facing issue from Help-> Create Support Message option or in SM_CRM

Have you assigned the Requestor Roles to the user as per security guide

Have you checked the technical user which creates messages that the user has authorizations with object S_RFCACL ?

This is the authorization object for Trusted authorization between two sap systems.

Hello Sankar,

Please check if you haven mainatained table bcost_cust

Also check if user which is used in RFC connection has proper auth. for objects S_RFC and S_RFCACL.

Please make a trace on the system administration user on the side of the managed system. It seems that there is missing an authorization in object S_RFCACL.
