Hi Bhavani,
I have done some work in this area. If you can be precise as to what you are trying to achieve (please put some time into this - you get out what you put in) and I'll do my best to get you an answer.
Cheers,
Brad

Hi Bhavani,
for starters, have a look at the Adobe page here in SDN: https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/developerareas/was.sdn?page=AdobeForms.htm
It contains lots of useful information, documentation, and e-learning materials teaching you the basics.
Kind regards,
Markus

Hi Bhavani,
it looks like you're missing a vital component.
Acrobat won't really help you with the forms design. What you need is the Adobe LiveCycle Designer. You install it with the Developer Studio. If you don't, it cannot be launched when you want to design your form.
Also: For the runtime, ensure that you have installed the ACF and activated ActiveX components in IE (see also blog /people/achim.hauck/blog/2005/02/04/my-struggles-with-the-adobe-document-services-in-was640).

Hi Bhavani,
how to insert a graphic in the Workbench is described in the SFP documentation: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2004/helpdata/en/3c/a670692dbc494fb5416fdaa93ee1a9/frameset.htm
Also, once in Designer, read up about Graphics handling in the Designer documentation.

Markus
Hi Bhavani,
I recommend you go to the Adobe page in SDN (https://www.sdn.sap.com/sdn/developerareas/was.sdn?page=AdobeForms.htm) and have a look at the TechEd recordings on Interactive Forms. This should clarify your questions as much as they can be answered.
The ADS is the run-time component, i.e. it generates the PDF files and extracts the data entered by the user.
The ACF makes it possible to display a PDF as part of a Web Dynpro application in a browser.
Reusability is the prime reason for separating the forms interface from the individual form.

Markus
