steps for Prepare Landscape in Solman 7.1 in tcode solman_setup

Dear Experts

while configure Solman7.1  with tcode SOLMAN_SETUP  in System Preparation Prepare LandScape  step(6) Select SLD6.1 to 6.4 i have stuck kindly provide with proper steps to configure the same

i am getting following error error in processing of http request : (400) ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

we have sucessfully configure setp1 to step5

This is very urgent

Hi rajendra,

try to perform the following steps,

1. go to transaction SMICM and see if the status is "RUNNING"

2.press the button sevices or shift+f1 and see if there are services in active state

3. click GOTO >>HTTP SEVER >>DISPLAY DATA and check if there are any errors.

4. revert back

Hello

Check the trace file called dev_icm in the work directory.

Also check the services in SMICM are active.

Is the Solution Manager kept as the Central SLD ?

Make sure the FQDN is used for the system.

Hi ,

Have you activated the HTTPS because it trying to look https service.

SMICM -> Goto -> Servces .

Print the screen shot .

Please check that you have updated the profile parameters related to

icm/server_port_0                           PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,,PROCTIMEOUT=300

#icm/server_port_1                           PROT=HTTPS,PORT=XX$$,,PROCTIMEOUT=300

so we need to see in smicm that services http is started and we dont need https .

Please refer below SAP notes and activate required web services in sicf

Note 1514652 - Some ICF Services are not activated - Solution Manager

Note 1594497 - Service activations missing in solman_setup

I stuck at some place can anybody login to system through team viewer for 20 minutes and let me know the actual error that are happening in my systems  give some number so i can talk to u regarding error. as such This is very urgent issue....

in basic config -> specify user & connecctivity ->solution manager Internal Connectivity 

it though following error

Hi,

Can you please check the below note.

Note 1822831 - Web Service Soap Errors in solman_setup

• http 400 (Bad Request) : make sure the host/port target destination of the called Web Service is reachable. Make sure the specified protocol (http/https) is consistent with the specified port number.

for the solman_setup config.

Click on the the Add SLD server.

Add the details of the SLD.

To check that you are adding the correct details try to login in it before .

like http://hostname:port/sld

login with the user is and password with which you are trying to login.
